It's Time to Win in 2010
BlackWomensHealth.com welcomes you to a new and hopefully prosperous year. 2009 was a tough year for many of us, but we are hopeful that 2010 will be a year for some truly great things to happen. Join our newly formed page on
Facebook and post your thoughts and/or goals for health and wellness in 2010.
I am personally excited about 2010 for a number of reasons. First, I enter the year with a good measure of health and happiness. I look forward to pushing myself to try some new and different health and wellness activities that will enhance my well being. I want to feel even younger, stronger and more vibrant than I do now.
Second, I have a new book that will be coming out this spring that will inspire and empower women to feel great, look great and live great by using their LifestyleDNA™ to create improved health, wellness and harmony. I look forward to announcing the book release here on BlackWomensHealth.com

Last, but not least, we have something for our viewers who are pregnant (or who are considering pregnancy) but want to know what type of exercise they can do during pregnancy to stay healthy (and have an easier time of returning to their pre-pregnancy weight!). Darline Turner-Lee, a Physician Assistant and Exercise Specialist from Austin, Texas provides a very useful article entitled Prenatal Exercise is Good For Mom and Good For Baby!
